چکیده
The scientific article presents the results of a experiment conducted to study quality indicators beef obtained from interbreeding cattle meat, dairy and combined breeds in conditions Volgograd agricultural enterprise JSC "Berdievsky Elevator". resulting crossbred bulls at age 9 months were divided into 4 groups 10 heads each according principle pairs analogues: I experimental group ½ crossbreed (Kazakh white-headed x Russian brown), II Aberdeen-Angus), III (Aberdeen-Angus red steppe), IV (Simmental red-mottled). formed animals put on fattening up 16 age. growth dynamics qualitative characteristics evaluated.
